About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited.

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling the Signature lifestyle to a diverse audience.

You will have a deep understanding of our target market and know how to attract residents to our luxury care and nursing home in Reigate.

The successful candidate will be adept at building rapport with people who are completely new to us, potential residents who we already know, and key care influencers.

You will be passionate about meeting targets, and exceeding them wherever possible.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in b2c sales, ideally with high-end products or services, and a full, clean driving license.

Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum plus annual bonus, with an estimated total compensation of around £50,000.
