Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the public sector, driving growth and expansion of our customer base.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue and market share in this critical area.
Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
In addition to your sales expertise, you will also be expected to provide leadership and guidance to our sales team, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and expansion in the public sector
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Closing deals that meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the public sector
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- A deep understanding of the public sector market and the challenges faced by organizations operating within it
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A base salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience
- A performance-related bonus scheme, with the potential to earn up to 20% of base salary
- A comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, pension scheme, and holiday entitlement
