Job Description:

The Senior Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales performance, visual merchandising, and store presentation
  • Ensuring effective communication with customers, colleagues, and senior management
  • Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our luxury brands and products to provide expert advice to customers
  • Supporting senior management in achieving business objectives and implementing company initiatives
  • Monitoring and controlling store expenses to optimize profitability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, preferably with a luxury brand
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Knowledge of luxury brands and products
