Dementia Care Team Lead

As a Dementia Care Supervisor at Signature Senior Lifestyle Operations Ltd, you will be responsible for inspiring and developing our team of care assistants in our luxury care and nursing home in Kingston upon Thames.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate our care team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent resident outcomes.
- Develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment that values teamwork and open communication.
- A competitive hourly rate of £14.00.
- A fixed working rota with shift times of 7.00am - 2.30pm and 14.00pm - 21.00pm.
