By joining us in this rare opportunity as a Reward and Benefits Specialist you will take accountability for employee benefits across various regions globally and will report directly into the Head of Total Reward.

**What you will be doing**:

- Facilitate global and local Employee Benefit strategies, broker engagement, renewal term reviews with external vendors, and compliance processes - either directly or collaboratively.
- Guide on staff (campaign) communication around annual renewals and joiner enrolment and de-enrolment processes.
- End-to-end project management for new/renewal implementations or vendor transitions
- Deal with benefit-related queries from staff, HR, Finance and external partners and government bodies for the EMEA and APAC regions
- Get involved in handling global compensation cycle events (led by Head of Reward), mainly in partnership with SHL’s HR Business Partner and HR IS communities.
- Work as a go-to partner to the wider global HR community.

**What are we looking for from you**:
**Essential**:

- Solid background in international Employee Benefits
- Vendor management, contract renewals, employee communication.
- Project Management: planning, stakeholder management, communication planning and implementation, approvals.
- Strong organisational techniques and able to work to a high level of accuracy.

**Desirable**:

- EMEA regional experience
- Superb attention to detail and good judgement of data confidentially.
- Good customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
