International Benefits Coordinator

SHL is looking for an International Benefits Coordinator to join our global HR team. - **What you will be doing**:
- Handling ongoing Staff Benefits administration within existing guidelines and processes.
- On-boarding and off-boarding joiners and leavers to SHL's global Benefit programmes.
- Overseeing the Benefits and Reward queries and providing routine advice and guidance to staff.
- Maintain the annual Benefit calendar for updates on vendors, expiry and renewal dates, costs, Purchase Order details, contact details.
- Ensure accurate and timely arrangement and execution of Employee Benefit purchase orders and associated documentation.
**What we are we looking for from you**:
Essential:
- Solid, prior experience of data administration.
- Excellent organisational and time management.
- Superb attention to detail/accuracy and experience handling data confidentially.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
Desirable:
- Benefits administration and/or Purchase Order management.
- Understanding of the role of Compensation and Benefits within an organisation.
- Experience working with US benefits.
- Experience working with contracts.
