Part Time HR Administrator
4.5 hours per day, Monday - Friday, Basingstoke. Permanent. C£30,000 FTE
Key Responsibilities
- Specific responsibilities to include policies, procedures, staff welfare and the appropriate maintenance of employee records throughout the recruitment to leaver process.
- Ensure that all matters pertaining to HR and employment are up to date and the business is compliant with current and changing employment laws, processes and legislation
- Ensure Company Handbook is updated with any new policies and procedures
- Manage employee files and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations
- Manage the maintenance of staff welfare
- Working with Line Manager to recruitment new staff: Inductions, Exit Interviews and processes. Liaising with Job Agencies when necessary - Produce paperwork for new starters and leavers, contracts, offer letters, resignation letters etc.
- Monitor staff sickness levels, reporting any trends to Line Managers
- Administer the HR holiday system ensuring records are up to date
- Month End Reporting
- Update payroll data
- Ensure payroll spreadsheets are accurate and timely according to salary pay dates
- Report monthly payroll to Finance Controller for authorisation
- Administer the Pension Contributions spreadsheet for the Pension provider
What our client is looking for:
- Previous experience in an HR environment
- Knowledge of recruitment processes beneficial
- Excellent ability with Microsoft Packages Excel, Word and Outlook
- CIPD Qualification preferred although not essential
What our client is offering:
- c£30,000 FTE
