Part-Time 3 Days per week with the potential to increase as the business grows.

The HR Admin provides a generalist HR advisory service to managers and employees, covering a variety of human resources matters. You will be involved in the full employee life cycle from recruitment, on-boarding, benefits, training, performance reviews, discipline and grievance, to off-boarding.

You will contribute to HR practices and initiatives in partnership with managers to promote the achievement of business goals and company mission statement.

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Provide a first line of advice and guidance to managers on day to day HR issues.
- Supply advice and documents to support various procedures e.g. disciplinary, grievances, performance management, absence management
- Maintain Company policies and procedures in line with policy and legislative changes, ensuring relevant Management are aware of updates.
- Deal with all recruitment, on-boarding and employee-exit matters
- Administer all Personnel records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and best practice
- Undertake deliver informal and formal training as required
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and support strategic activities as and when required.
- Support the company mission statement
- Any other duties as may from time to time be reasonably requested

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

**Skills, Experience, & Education**
- HR Generalist experience
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation
- CIPD qualification
- Experience with IT and HR systems

**Personal Qualities**
- Able to communicate effectively across all levels
- Able to work accurately and with good attention to detail
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise and work independently

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £38,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
