Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to take on a new role within our growing business.

You must be able to work as part of a small team, whilst independently and proactively completing tasks. Excellent organisation, communication and IT skills, accuracy and attention to detail are essential requirements. The nature of this role requires a tactful and confidential approach.

Any qualifications in human resources, business management or psychology would be an advantage.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the administration of HR programs and initiatives
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing support to managers
- Manage employee files and ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis
- Foster a positive work environment with a good team spirit with all our sites, through initiating outside work events, health & wellbeing incentives, provide mental health support, employee surveys, regular newsletters.
- Admin support for other areas of the business

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and basic data analysis
- Familiarity with social media management for employer branding purposes

This is a part-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits. Hours are likely to increase during busy periods.
