**Salary**: £17,333 - per year, plus profit-related bonus, (FTE, £26,000 per year)

**Part-Time**: 25 hours per week - we are flexible with the days worked but require Fridays to form part of your working week

Are you a great administrator? Do you have an interest in and passion for HR? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a part-time **HR Administrator** to join our growing business. The **HR Administrator **role provides an abundance of variety and continual learning with a chance to develop in a business that is hugely successful.

As an **HR Administrator** your responsibilities will be:

- Administration support across all HR topics including training, recruitment, new starter documentation and onboarding tasks.
- Preparing compliance documentation eg contracts of employment
- Administering engagement surveys
- Administration of payroll and managing updates to HR information systems.
- There will also be a requirement to support the business with internal administration tasks.
- Supporting the Social Committee

You will manage a busy workload, supporting numerous clients and the whole team, prioritising tasks as new work arises so excellent time management and the ability to manage your own workload are essential.

You will have a wealth of administration experience, with excellent interpersonal skills which you will use to build relationships with our team of Advisors and Consultants, as well as our clients.
- Experienced in administration with a strong skillset across all Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
- Experience within an HR background is preferred
- Preferably have worked with HR systems (Breathe HR, People HR etc)
- Accurate with a very good eye for detail
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the challenges of the business
- Excellent time management with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
