Job Role: Reward and Benefits Specialist

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000+ (depending on experience)
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join HR Heads as a Reward and Benefits Specialist, where you will play a key role in managing the reward offering for our UK-based business. As a highly dynamic and adaptable individual, you will have a 'can-do' attitude and be able to work collaboratively with the HR Director and other Corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse, review, and recommend changes to compensation and benefits in the UK
- Manage job grading exercises as part of the annual cycle, using Mercer tools
- Develop and deliver effective communication material/training documentation for new and existing programs
- Participate in the due diligence process during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring that all relevant data is analysed accordingly
- Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies
- Be the system reporting expert within the team
- Ensure administrative excellence of benefits operations
- Support the provision of data for monthly/annual reporting, including remuneration statements and minimum wage
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in a Compensation & Benefits role
- University degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of a variety of reward concepts, practices, and procedures
- Previous experience working with IT systems and Data Management
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power BI
- Good prioritisation of workloads to achieve deadlines
- Able to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals across the company
- Confident in their presentation skills
