An exciting new Capability Lead opportunity has arisen in the General Insurance Team at Aviva.

A bit about the job:
The purpose of the Capability Lead role is to ensure Aviva is building a future ready workforce by developing the skills needed for today and tomorrow. You will collaborate with teams across the General Insurance Business to identify the capabilities needed to execute the business strategy and deliver great business and customer outcomes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

- Deep Learning and skills knowledge and awareness of the activities across GI.
- Good understanding of Aviva in relevant markets and the financial services industry.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver at pace.
- Forward-thinking mindset and an ability to develop new ideas, be creative and join the dots.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work effectively on multiple initiatives

What you’ll get for this role:

- Annual salary: £70,000 to £80,000 national or £80,000 to £90,000 London (location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity of 12% of annual salary (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s)
