**At a glance**
This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and the London/Bracknell Head Office. However, there will also be an expectation to visit other locations as the need arises.
The salary range for this role is set at £68,500 to £128,000.

**About the Role**
The successful delivery of the Partnership strategy is critical to the continued success of the Partnership. At the heart of the Partnership is the Transformation Team, responsible for the creation and successful delivery of a £500m+ annual portfolio plan as part of our multi-year journey. As we move into the next phase of our transformation, we have an opportunity for an experienced Strategic Change Capability Lead (Practice Lead) to join our Transformation team.
In addition to leading the Change Management capability to deliver each of the brand transformation plans, you will be responsible for reading across the overall change plan across the Partnership, looking at the cumulative impact of change and providing recommendations to optimise the shape and sequencing of the plan to better embed and sustain change: during annual planning, quarterly portfolio reviews, or driven by your monitoring of key performance indicators and risk assessments.
As the role holder, you will create and manage the Enterprise Change Management plan, coaching and advising the senior leadership team on approaches and interventions, to help guide the successful delivery of the Partnership’s Change journey. You will be responsible for risk assessment of the change plan, and recommendations to mitigate risk and optimise the landing of change.
Working in close collaboration with the Transformation Office (TxO), you will ensure the Enterprise Change Management plan reflects and delivers the support Partners require to successfully absorb change being delivered, across projects and programmes, product development and continuous improvement. This would include recommending any rebalance of Change Management resources in-line with the level of activity and plan maturity.
**Essential skills you’ll need**
- Experience of establishing and developing a “best in class” Change Management capability at Enterprise level with a focus on people, process and technology
- An expert practitioner in Change Management, & Enterprise level leadership specifically on large and complex programmes
- A practical understanding of how change works in an agile product led environment, alongside projects and programmes
- Experience in practising both Agile and Waterfall Change Management methods
**Desirable skills you could bring**
- Globally recognised Change Management qualification e.g APMG or PROSCI
