About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Change Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a Strategic Change Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the five-year strategic vision for Operations, transforming the operational capability across the bank and helping us shape the future of our operations by delivering pan-bank innovative solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for managing the analysis of complex cross-franchise and pan-group requirements, capturing, validating, and documenting business and system requirements, and ensuring they align with key strategic principles and the Operations strategy.
You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to create, shape, define, and own pan-operations and individual franchise opportunities. You will build, manage, and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders at different levels of hierarchy and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create and maintain documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Trace and link business requirements to future-state design and communicate business needs into technical requirements.
- Create and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project to validate the solution design.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users in executing the user acceptance testing.
To succeed in this role, you will need to hold an appropriate business analyst certification, such as BAX, CPRE, and CBAP. It would be ideal if you have experience working with large-scale automation or AI strategies that are tangible and grounded, as well as a background in business design and experience with Agile processes and ceremonies.
You will also need:
- Experience applying business analysis tools and techniques, including the use of a wide range of data, such as Operational, Technology, Finance, and HR, to support problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience delivering change within a banking operations team, driving measurable business outcomes.
- Critical thinking skills, enabling you to cut through complexity and make sound decisions and recommendations carefully balanced against risk.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including a generous pension scheme, health insurance, and 25 days' annual leave.
