Medical Capability Reports Team Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Medical Capability Reports team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports that support global medical readiness. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the Medical Capability Reports team to achieve high-quality results.
- Provide non-clinical review and approval of Medical Capability Reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Head of Readiness to develop new strategies and improve processes.
- Support special projects and share insights to help the team reach its goals.
About You:
- A strong leader with excellent critical analysis skills and attention to detail.
- A great communicator, capable of managing client expectations and resolving issues.
- Experienced in project or team management, ideally in a data or medical-related field.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a field related to data gathering or medical information.
- Proven experience in leadership roles, ideally in a data gathering, copy editing, or medical information field.
- English language proficiency, with an additional language being a bonus.
