Aveva is a global leader in industrial software, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Salesforce Capability Manager.

As a key member of our Global Business Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic goals of Aveva by driving the Lead to Contract Journey.

This role will involve working closely with our Group Senior Capability Owners to ensure that Strategic Platform changes are understood and adopted globally.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Dedicated focus on supporting the Group Senior Capability Owners in the delivery and adoption of World Class Platform Capabilities.
  • Supporting the implementation of Platform Developments that enhance the Lead to Contract Journey and heighten Business Productivity and Proficiency.
  • Data Analysis and understanding of resulting 'Value Add'.
  • Communicating feedback and insights from Commercial, Sales Operations and Sales Enablement teams to the Senior Capability Owners and Group Process Owners.
  • Contributes to the development of business requirements definition and feeds into the Salesforce Platform Development Roadmap.
  • Responsible for UAT to ensure that Platform Enhancements are delivered to the optimum level.

Requirements include:

  • Customer and Business Focused platform experience with a deep understanding of E2E Policies and Processes required to support a Global Sales Organisation.
  • Understanding of B2B sales policies within a major sales organisation.
  • Experienced in Platform Development and Implementation of tools that enhance the Lead to Contract processes.
  • A clear understanding and ability to define the drivers and requirements needed.
  • Demonstrates a sound understanding and experience of commercial management.
  • Change and communications management.
  • Ability to work with cross functional groups and be able to communicate clearly and concisely impacts in business terms.

Technical qualifications include:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or Equivalent Professional Experience.
