**Administrative Assistant - Gateshead**

Our Gateshead office are looking for Administrative Assistant to join the admin team.

**Key responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant**:

- booking in client records and returning paper records in a timely manner
- showing clients to meetings
- reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors, answering the telephone and directing calls, keeping meeting areas tidy; preparing drinks
- assisting with AML and direct debit
- filing of accounts
- on-boarding new clients including processing of anti-money laundering checks
- previous experience in an administration role, practice preferred but not necessary
- excellent IT skills including Outlook and Excel
- confident and clear telephone manner
- well organised with a keen sense of accuracy and attention to detail
- awareness of confidentiality and need for discretion
- good verbal and written English communication skills
- smart appearance
