Role Overview:

GEM Partnership is a dynamic company seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant - Document Management to join our team. As an integral part of our administrative team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of project and manufacturing documentation.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a Document Controller role, with prior experience in the Offshore Renewable or Oil & Gas sector being an advantage. Oracle Aconex experience is desirable, as is a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage document control processes, including workflow management and report generation
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate activities and requirements with globally based contractors

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Bonus, with hybrid working arrangements based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
