About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support our HR projects. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong writing abilities, and experience in HR administration or a related field. Key responsibilities include managing HR documentation, assisting with projects, developing job advertisements, and maintaining HR data in the iTrent system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR documentation, records, and correspondence for accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with HR-related projects, including project planning, coordination, and implementation
  • Develop high-quality job advertisements and company literature
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data in the iTrent system

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR administration or a related role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with the iTrent HR system or similar HR data management software

Benefits:

  • £25,000 per annum (estimated salary based on location and industry standards)
  • Temporary contract until end of March 2025
