Our client is an established firm in this niche design and installation industry. Projects range from £25k-£85k for the top of the range installations. The market comprises of high-net-worth private clients and trade clients such as developers, architects andinterior designers. The projects are all residential sites of luxury housing, either new builds, extensions or refurbishment projects.
We are currently seeking a Project Administrator. You will be responsible for assisting the Project and Commercial Teams with their day to day roles, as well as providing excellent customer service to their high end clientele.
Project Administrator Duties:
**Raise Sales invoices and collect payments
**Prepare information for Installation teams
**Arrange permits and access for all installation dates, as well as accommodation when required.
**Order materials for site delivery
**Arrange outsourced trade options when required
**Liaise between clients and project managers
**Record all job information and job info on database
**Chase any late payments and review job margins
**Manage after sales diaries
**Great problem solver
**Ability to build rapport with great customer service
**Able to build rapport
**Confident under pressure
**Impeccable organisational skills
**Remain calm at all times, with ability to prioritise effectively
**Great attention to detail, especially when working with numbers
Based: Remote working and Office in SW London
Working hours: Monday - Friday. Full-time employment.
Salary and Package: up to £35k dependant on experience and qualifications.
