HR Assistant

Our client, a highly successful organisation based in Stoke Poges, is recruiting for an HR Assistant to join their team.
This role would suit a graduate with excellent organisational and administration skills looking to develop their HR career in a fast paced environment or someone with HR administration experience already looking for a new and exciting challenge. CIPD Level3 would be an advantage.
Our client offers an excellent salary plus up to 10% bonus and fantastic benefits including
- early finish on Fridays, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, excellent pension, healthcare.
Duties include
- Administer a range of HR processes (staff changes, new starters, leavers, absence, family leave, BUPA, bonuses, long service) and provide info to payroll
- Maintain HR database and employee records
- Maintain the HR intranet pages
- Provide a variety of HR reports from the HR database
- Provide admin support to the HR team including taking minutes of formal meetings, organising meetings, raising purchase requests
- Provide point of contact for employees at all levels, resolving queries, exchanging info, providing basic advice on routine processes
- Provide HR support to the HR Manager
Skills/Experience
- Strong organisation and planning skills with the ability to respond to changing priorities
- Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information in a discreet and professional manner
- Experience in HR practices
- Experience in administration
- CIPD Level 3 Foundation certificate in HR Practice essential or prepared to work towards
