HR Administrator

Proactive Global Technical Recruitment is currently looking for a HR administrator for a Sheetmetal fabrications manufacturer based out in Taplow Location.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal data.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while remaining compliant with the law.
**More about the role**:
- ** Shift Pattern**: Monday to Friday 07:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- ** Location**: Slough - SL6 Around
- ** Job Type**:Temp to Perm
- ** Pay rate**: £21000 to £24000 per annum
**Main duties**:
- Understand staffing needs from Directors/Supervisors and create and publish job ads.
- Conduct new employee onboarding. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, offer letters, etc
- Assist in induction processes (new starter forms)
- Organise and maintain staff personnel records.
- Be the first point of contact for queries coming into the HR department.
- Update internal data (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Revise company policies & ensure legal compliance
- Liaise with external partners.
- Answer employee queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Administer performance management program by monitoring employee appraisals and salary revisions.
- Provide guidance on employee behaviour and launch investigations.
- Take meeting minute notes.
- Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality.
- Bring issues to Managers/Directors notice
- Assist in termination processes (exit interviews) Offboarding.
- Have good time keeping skills
- Posses a positive attitude
- Be professional and approachable
