Permanent HR Officer / HR Advisor, High Wycombe -Hybrid
An exciting permanent HR Officer / HR Advisor role within a successful not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making a positive impact in our community. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Active involvement in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and managing the hiring process.
Oversee the creation and implementation of effective onboarding plans, including induction.
Ensure all agreed training is provided and implemented throughout the year.
Assist line managers in the performance management process.
Oversee payroll and pensions on a monthly basis.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Support with HR projects.
You will ideally have experience managing the end-end recruitment and selection process.
You will ideally be qualified to at least level 3 of the CIPD or equivalent.
Knowledge of payroll would be advantageous.
