You will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of effective onboarding plans, assisting line managers in performance management processes, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. You will also provide guidance and support to managers and employees on policies and procedures and be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions alongside recruiting managers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about HR and has a strong understanding of the Employee lifecycle and all aspects of HR. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations and conflict. We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 per year and a range of benefits including 24 1/2 days annual leave, flexible working, and excellent company pension schemes available.
