About the Role:

">If so, we want to hear from you We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Youth Mental Health Project Co-ordinator to lead our innovative Young Mental Health Champions (YMHC) programme.
">As YMHC Project Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the programme, ensuring it meets its objectives and has a positive impact on the young people involved. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our organisation.
">Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing the programme's strategy, ensuring it aligns with our organisational goals and objectives. ">
- Leading a team of Youth Mental Health Champions, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their potential. ">
- Collaborating with schools, colleges, and community organisations to establish and maintain effective partnerships. ">
- Evaluating programme impact, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance its effectiveness. ">
- Securing funding and resources to sustain the programme's growth and development.">
About You:
">To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in youth work, education, or a related field, along with excellent leadership and project management skills. Experience of working with young people, developing and delivering training programmes, and building relationships with stakeholders is essential.
