**Service Administrator - Flexible Endoscopes**

To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for a **Service Administrator - Flexible Endoscopes **on a full time permanent basis. This role is based at our offices in Dundee, we are unable to offer home working or hybrid working, due to the nature of the work to be undertaken.
**About the role**:
- You will provide administrative support in relation to KARL STORZ Flexible Endoscopes to customers and colleagues.
- Processing technical reports and quotations, orders and deliveries for Repair/Exchange which includes receiving in stock, warranty processing, maintenance contracts, loans, advance transactions, vet transactions, collection of customer equipment and liaison with carriers.
- Responsible for issuing repair quotations and actively progress these to conclusion.
- To provide and maintain a high standard of customer service answering queries and providing customers, other departments and infield operatives (ACM, FST, OST) with prices, information and updates on our products and services.
**About You**:
- You will have a good standard of education (GCSE Maths and English) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have at least 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including ability to Mail Merge (Word) and manipulation of data (Excel)
- SAP experience would be an advantage, but training can be given.
- A genuine team player who demonstrates team commitments and support
- Can work calmly under pressure and be polite and courteous, regardless of the situation.
- Organised with real attention to detail.
