We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Coordinator to join a market leader in the technology sector, specialising in Data Centre and Telecoms. This role will be well suited to someone coming from an coordination/administrationbackground, and due to the nature of the queries you will need experience working in a technical environment.
Location - Canary Wharf, London
Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 + package
**The Role**
- Handle incoming technical queries/faults from customers and assign to engineers
- Ensure all customer requirements and requests are responded to within a timely manner and to agreed Service Levels
- Daily management of the service desk queues ensuring that incidents are responded to and resolved by SLAs
- Efficiently log tickets on ticketing system
- Manage tickets through to completion, liaising with customers and engineers
- Be involved change management, reporting, and incident management
- Provide excellent levels of customer service
- Previous experience working in a technical sector, and an understanding of technical terminology
- Experience using ticketing systems
- Previous experience using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of ITIL (desirable)
