IT Service Desk Team Leader

**What you'll be doing**
The IT Service Desk Team Leader will supervise the day-to-day operations of the Service desk in conjunction with the Service Delivery Manager, ensuring customers receive the highest standard of customer service and that SLA's/ KPI's are met in line withagreed working practices. To identify and specify improvements within the Service Desk ensuring high standards are maintained.
This role might be for you if you have
Good working knowledge of ITIL
Good working knowledge of a service orientated Service desk
Good working knowledge of Citrix Xendesktop
Good working knowledge of VOIP telephony
Customer focused, with a clear understanding of delivering great customer service
Ideally, previous experience working on and managing an IT service desk
