**About the role**

As Project Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Commercial team and other functions as needed.

**Principle Accountabilities**:

- Processing of Supplier Purchase orders, receipt notes etc.
- Processing of client orders and the raising of internal job numbers
- Uploading of quotes to the internal system
- Liaising with the client regarding completed jobs and the issuing of payment claims
- Street Works noticing and permit administration
- Job pack administration
- Liaison with Accounts and other areas of administration
- General up-keep of documentation
- Maintaining database information
- Taking of deliveries to the Chorley office

**About You**

**You will have the following Essential Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs Grade 4-9 (A*-C) or equivalent

**You will have the following knowledge and experience**:

- Previous administrative experience is preferable
- Knowledge of the Utilities industry would be beneficial

**You will have the following skills and personal qualities**:

- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- A desire and personal pride to make improvements
- Self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative
- A strong customer focus
- An ability to identify where their assistance will help colleagues
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
