**About the role**:
Due to an increase in workload we are looking to recruit an interim Office Administrator to join this privately owned construction services business. Working alongside the Office Manager you will assist in the smooth running of the office.

Duties will include:

- Supporting and overseeing a busy office of approximately 40 staff
- Ensuring time is allocated correctly against projects/work and on time so the relevant invoices can be raised
- Producing reports using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Providing day to day administration support
- Basic accounts to include raising of invoices, matching of delivery notes and undertaking basic reconciliation

**The successful person**:

- Previous office management / PA experience
- Good attention to detail
- Good systems skills
- Ability to review processes and make improvements
- Confident with IT packages including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
- Ability to multi-task and to work to deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
