- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff members.
- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and promote a positive work culture.
- Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

**The Successful Applicant**:
**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a HR administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to multitask effectively.
