**About The Role**:
**Job Summary**

Providing administrative and transactional support to the HR team, as directed by the HR Manager, Recruitment Manager and HR Advisor.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Creating and maintaining employee records, in line with Company policies and relevant legislation.
- Updating databases, including time and attendance, payroll and spreadsheet-based records.
- Preparing and amending documents, e.g. employment contracts, FAQs, letters etc.
- Liaising with stakeholders across the business to provide front line advice and guidance on HR matters.
- Monitoring employee records, ensuring Company compliance with Right to Work legislation.
- Providing support with all HR administration tasks.
- Ensure HR data integrity.
- Support the regular review of HR policies, procedures and guidance.
- General administration duties within the HR team as required.
- Any other duties as reasonably directed by management.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Demonstrable experience in an administration role
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate with programmes such as Word, Excel etc.
- A proactive approach and an excellent eye for detail, methodical and organised and able to work autonomously
- Self motivated, confident and an engaging approachable manner with a ‘can do’ flexible attitude to work requirements
- Team player and able to motivate others
- Commitment to continued professional development.
