Employing over 15,000 across 180 sites spread across the world, this engineering giant are a true powerhouse in their specific fields and offer world-class products and services to customers spread across a variety of industries, including Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Chemical Processing, Food/FMCG Manufacturing.
Due to increased workload within the Tendering department, this organisation are actively searching for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team. This is an initial 6 month contract, however, it is likely that this position will be made permanent.
Based in **LEEDS**, just a few miles from the M1 & M62 motorways, the successful HR Administrator will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Pontefract, Castleford, Selby, Wetherby, Dewsbury and Halifax.
**Key Responsibilities of the HR Administrator will include**:
- Preparing and issuing contractual paperwork, offer & new starter packs and internal documents
- Inputting new starter information into the internal Human Resources and Payroll systems, as well as making any appropriate changes
- Taking notes from internal Human Resources meetings and following up on appropriate topics
**Working Hours of the HR Administrator**:
- 37 Hours per week with flexible start time offered.
- Core Hours: 10:00 - 16:15 Monday to Thursday / 10:00 to 15:30 Friday
- Earliest Start: 07:00
**In return, the HR Administrator will receive**:
- Renumeration: Between £23,088.00 - £26,936.00 per annum (pro rata) / £12.00 - £14.00 per hour
- Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days including public holidays (pro-rata)
- Access to the on-site subsidised canteen and gym facilities
- Free & secure onsite car parking
- Assignment Length: 6 month - potential to be extended and made permanent, but not guaranteed
