**Reward Partner - Hybrid - Luton**
**Team**
You will report directly to the Head of Reward and collaborate closely with the Reward Operations Team. In this role, you will partner with the functional HRBPs to deliver core reward activities and offer expert advice and guidance for your specific functional area.
**What you'll be doing**
In this role, you will partner with HRBPs and the Reward Operations Team to ensure the effective delivery of reward activities and provide specialized expertise for your functional area. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development and implementation of the Reward strategy, managing core reward activities such as merit reviews, bonuses, recognition programs, and salary surveys, and delivering reward projects and initiatives. You will also advise leadership and HRBPs on compensation and benefits matters, participate in the Pensions & Benefits Governance Committee, and collaborate with the Internal Communications team to create engaging reward-related communications and training materials.
**Requirements of the Role**
**What you’ll need to do the role**:
You will bring extensive experience in managing compensation and benefits within a multinational business, along with advanced Excel skills and knowledge of HR databases like Workday. Your proactive approach and strong relationship management skills will complement your ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. You will excel in conveying complex information clearly, managing stakeholders effectively, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Additionally, your strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities, and teamwork will be invaluable to the team. Familiarity with HR frameworks, job evaluation methodologies, and reward systems will further enhance your contributions.

**Location & Hours of Work**
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be **40 **hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
