**The position**
- As a Commercial Finance Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will lead the sharing of relevant and timely finance and analytics insights with the business unit, ensuring robust decision-making and optimal performance. You will provide insights on sales, costs, market and patient dynamics, and competitive intelligence.- Your key accountabilities include:
- Play a key role in cross-functional teams, informing and educating commercial stakeholders on data insights and challenging strategic and tactical outcomes
- Support launch brands and existing brands by providing analytics insight and translating strategic options into forecasts
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the business unit, ensuring an optimized P&L based on robust assumptions
- Develop and improve budgeting/forecasting models and reports to streamline and automate information handling
- Produce accurate management P&L reports on a monthly basis and provide informative and timely management reporting to key stakeholders

**Qualifications**
- To excel in this role, you should have a degree or equivalent qualification in a quantitative management discipline and relevant post-graduate qualification in Finance, Analytics, Accountancy, or a similar field.- Proven experience in finance or data analytics, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Strong business partnering skills and the ability to become a trusted partner to senior stakeholders
- Experience in management information reporting and working with planning and forecasting tools
- Analytical skills to analyse complex issues, think strategically, and implement solutions
- Experience in cross-functional stakeholder and project management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights in a clear and simple manner
