Our partner schools in Luton are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to fill SEND Teaching Assistant positions. As a key member of the educational team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex needs and promoting their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Establish strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to regular review meetings with teachers.

Requirements and Qualifications

">
  • Previous experience working with children with SEND is desirable, but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals with a passion for special education and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to travel to Luton and commit to a full-time schedule, 8:30-3:30 minimum.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.

Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of £24,500 - £29,500 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits such as career development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
