- **We have a fantastic opportunity for a Branch Administrator to join our small team in Edinburgh, on a part time basis covering 30 hours per week, days to suit applicant. The applicant will only cover administration for Edinburgh office.**_

Providing high quality day to day administration support to the depot in a timely and efficient manner and in line with business requirements and company quality and business procedures.
- Handling daily enquiries and internal/external customer queries in a manner which meets both company procedures and customer expectations.
- Ensuring all processing of paperwork is completed to the required company standard.
- Providing reports/letters/spreadsheets as required.
- Maintaining and updating all relevant databases.
- Actively liaising with line management to highlight any areas of concern.
- Ensuring all reports are accurately maintained and processed in a timely manner.
- Updating administration processes as directed to reflect any new internal controls and directives.
- Co-operating fully with line supervisors/managers, to contribute to successfully meeting all business objectives.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good MS Office skills, specifically Excel and Word.

- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work at a good pace and complete tasks efficiently.
