Our client, a leading building materials distributor is looking for a **Branch Sales Administrator** who is as passionate about great service as they are.

Hours: Flexible, between 30 - 42.5 hours per week

Location: Edinburgh

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a range of administrative duties including purchase orders, back-office functions, stock controls, and delivery paperwork.
- Answer customer queries both face-to-face and via phone.
- Update delivery boards and schedules.
- Contact customers to update them on their orders.
- Respond promptly to account, intercompany, and supplier invoice queries.
- Ensure compliance with all company administration policies and procedures.
- Participate in stock-take duties as required.
- Support other areas of the branch as needed.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Previous industry experience preferred but not essential.
