Henry Wiltshire International Estate Agents currently have a network of offices across London, Manchester and overseas.
We are now expanding our network and will be opening a new office in Edinburgh.
We need a dynamic and motivated Branch Manager to join our team and lead our new branch to success.

Overall Purpose: Generate new business and complete sales deals

Branch Manager - Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Oversee the day to day running of the office
- Generate new business
- Valuations and Market Appraisals
- Registering and managing applicants
- Carry out viewings
- Take offers
- Negotiate offers with buyers, vendors, landlords & tenants
- Sales & lettings progression
- Managing advertisements through the property CRM
- Administration
- Monthly Meetings with Director/CEO

Branch Manager - Person Specification:

- Leadership skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Excellent communications skills
- Smart and business-like
- Knowledgeable about the area and industry
- Able to work under pressure
- Punctual
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional and Positive attitude
- Good negotiation skills
- Self-motivated
- Good computer skills

Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years’ experience required in Sales and Lettings and preferably Propertymark ARLA/NAEA qualified.
Strong knowledge of the local area is essential.

Package: Competitive basic salary plus commission, incentives and car allowance.
Dependent upon experience and qualifications.
