**Job Title: Sales Lead Germany**

**Location: Germany remote
- 50/50 travel**

**Salary: Up to €120,000**

**The Role**:

- Create and execute a plan to unlock and grow the DACH market.
- Acquire new customers and expand to new product segments in the DACH market.
- Set the forecasting and agree on a budget for investments and target margins for the DACH market.
- Spend at least 50% of your time on the road visiting customers along with the founders or other team members.

- Field sales experience and ability to travel.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Fluent in German and English.

**What You’ll Get**:

- 100,000€ - 130,000€ total package.
- Based remotely with travel or hybrid in Amsterdam.

**Salary**: £104,000.00 per year
