**Sales Lead Generator**

Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Generator will have responsibility for building and executing an effective sales generation strategy to support e50K Strategic Advisory’s growth ambitions.

**Required Sales Skills**
- Sales experience either within the professional services
- A proven track record in service solution sales
- Target-orientated with experience in upselling, cross-selling and closing
- A history of research skills, insights and data capture to create and convert opportunities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to build lasting business relationships

**Required Traits**
- Self-starter with the ability to motivate self and others
- CRM and data management
- Being a proactive and collaborative team-player
- An excellent communicator
- Attention to detail
- Good time management and multi-tasking

**Desirable Skills & Attributes**
- Working understanding of CRM and wider databases / systems
- History of driving continuous improvement
- Understanding of Defence and Defence Industries outside of sales
- Understanding of Social Value, ESG and Sustainability

**Reporting line**
- Reporting into the CEO and Head of Business Development to develop a growing pipeline of business across Defence and wider sector Primes and SMEs
- Liaising with business Directors to gain a comprehensive understanding of e50K Strategic Advisory’s product offering

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**
- Generating and developing leads; identifying new business, markets, partnerships and client opportunities to support business growth
- Horizon scanning for new opportunities for sales and growth development including industry frameworks
- Managing and monitoring all CRM activities across the company
- Managing and updating Social Media postings
- Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s offering, positioning and competition
- Identify industry networking events for CEO, Directors or self to attend
- Being a proactive and collaborative team-player
- Other reasonable duties to execute effective new business sales generation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £22,168.00-£25,290.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
