Lead Generation and Recruitment Executive

Responsibilities:
- I need some help
- Generate leads and follow-up existing leads to recruit Directors and C-Suite individuals to a global membership organisation operating locally by me.
- This is not cold calling as most leads will have some existing connection.
- The core role requires an articulate, friendly, charismatic individual to pursue busy people and to have them gain an understanding of the peer-group and coaching opportunity
- Create a network of contacts to help with lead generation
- Bonus structure based on members who join and stay a minimum of 3 months
- Targeting around 1 new member per month
**Experience**:
- Ideally experience as a lead generator/recruiter or in a similar role
- Very articulate and a charismatic ability to quickly engage with anyone
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Highly organised and a self-starter
- Proficiency in using excel on a shared drive
- Experience with telemarketing is a plus
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week
