Enrollment Specialist

The Enrollment Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for incoming leads via the DMs, qualifying prospects based on specific criteria, and booking them into a closers calendar for a call.
- **Key Responsibilities **_
**DM Lead Management**
- Handle incoming inquiries via the DMS and quickly engage to qualify potential leads.
- Reach out to inbound leads via DMs who have expressed interest but have not yet booked a call to further generate interest in our products and services.
- Provide initial product information and direct leads to relevant materials or resources.
**DM Lead Generation**
- Identify qualified customers amongst incoming leads in Natalie's DMs. Use our social media platforms and other lead resources to generate calls for our closers.
- Engage with leads to foster interest, educate, and convey the benefits of our programs.
- _**Note: This role does not involve calling or outreach to cold leads it is all done via DMs.**_
**Qualification of Prospects**
- Assess the needs and potential of inbound leads to ensure they align with our target market criteria.
- Analyze lead data to prioritize high-potential prospects for follow-up and appointment setting.
- Maintain a consistent evaluation process to ensure all leads are accurately assessed and categorized.
**Appointment Scheduling**
- Efficiently coordinate calendars to schedule meetings between qualified leads and our closers, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Confirm appointments and manage scheduling as necessary to optimize the closers calendar.
**Follow-Up**
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospective clients through strategic follow-up communications to nurture leads and progress them through the sales pipeline.
- Monitor the lead progression post-initial contact and reactive stalled leads through targeted outreach.
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**
**1. Communication Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with prospective students and other team members.
- Proficient in explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to listen actively and understand customers needs
**2. Technological Proficiency**:
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and social media to manage leads, track interactions and report metics.
- Familiarity with communication tools (i.e. - slack, zoom) and office software (e.g. MS Office, Google Workspace)
**3. Organizational Skills**:
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads concurrently without compromising accuracy or attention to detail.
- Strong time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Aptitude for Maintaining structured documentation and record-keeping.
**4. Industry Knowledge**:
- A good grasp of online education trends and best practices
- Understanding of competitors and the unique selling propositions of the company's offerings.
**5. Collaborative Mindset**:
- Team-oriented approach, with the ability to work harmoniously with colleagues from various departments.
- Openness to feedback and a continuous learning attitude.
**6. Problem-Solving Abilities**:
- Capacity to think on one's feet, especially when handling objections or inquiries.

Pay: £2,200.00-£5,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
