This role requires a combination of sales acumen, product expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. Being proactive, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about golf and technology will be key to succeeding in this position.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- General:

- Inputting and implementing sales initiatives.
- Generating leads and qualifying them.
- Keeping regular and accurate logs in FlightScope’s CRM system.
- Performing other tasks as requested by the FlightScope Sales Manager.
- Product Demonstrations:

- Conduct in-person and virtual FlightScope product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the product's features, benefits, and value for the specific target audience.
- Working at Golf Events:

- Represent the company at golf events, FlightScope workshops, exhibitions, and trade shows, setting up product displays and conducting live demonstrations.
- Engage with event attendees, providing product information and education, and capturing leads for future follow-up.
- Network with event organizers, participants, and other vendors to increase product visibility and to build relationships.
- Communication with Resellers and Ambassadors:

- Assist with communication to resellers and brand ambassadors, offering them regular training and education on newly launched FlightScope products and software features.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Training and Education:

- Provide comprehensive training sessions for customers, resellers, and brand ambassadors on how to use the products and data provided effectively.
- Customer Support:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring the product meets their expectations.
- Assist with first-level technical support to customers, addressing any queries or issues they may have with the product.
- Customer on-site visits to assist with technical support when necessary.
- Marketing and Promotional Activities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and content that accurately represent the product.
- Training and Development:

- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in golf equipment and training aids.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry expertise.

This is a remote position working from home with the requirement to meet the FlightScope Sales Manager once or twice a month as required for planning, strategizing, reporting and training purposes.

A minimum of 40 hours per week.

FlightScope will supply the Sales Representative with a sales telephone, PC, iPad and necessary FlightScope products to be able to conduct his/her job.

Your yearly leave will consist of 5 days sick leave and 15 days of paid vacation leave. The annual leave cycle will be calculated as of the commencement date of the agreement.

Standard public United Kingdom holidays will apply.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
