**Sales Representative UK and Ireland**

Char-Broil is America's oldest grill brand. We are a family-owned grill and grill accessories manufacturer located in Columbus, Georgia, USA. Char-Broil is one of the US market leaders in gas barbecues and sells outdoor cooking appliances in Canada, Latin America, Australia and Europe. Our European headquarters are based in Hamburg. The currently open position of Sales Representative for the UK and Ireland will be home-based. This offers flexibility and offers the opportunity to be part of the Char-Broil Europe Sales team from any location within the UK, contributing significantly to the overall European growth strategy.

**Your Tasks**
- Responsible for Routine Sales Call Cycle for existing retail listings
- Presentation of New Product Introductions to retail partners
- Coordination of demonstrations and trainings
- Providing merchandising support and retail assistance, adopting strategies to align with market trends
- Maintenance of in-store merchandising units, displays and product literature
- Relationship Management with stores, wholesale, vendor partners
- Support trade shows and special events

**What you bring**
- Proven experience in sales and merchandise, with at least 2-3 years in a similar role preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships both within and outside the company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly self-motivated, well organised, multi-tasking and fast thinking
- Willing to travel regularly across UK and Ireland, with approximately 4 days of travel expected weekly
