This role is offered on a remote working, freelance basis (self employed).

Liberty Music PR - passionate about music, passionate about artists, here to grow, empower and champion independent artists across the globe, by connecting them to their audiences in new creative and innovative ways. Our vision is to enable artists control on their musical journeys, whilst supplying audiences access to new and emerging talent.

We are looking for a **A&R and Sales Representative** to step into this exciting role working with artists in the music industry. A love of music is a must, and some familiarity with the music industry is also preferred but not necessary.

At Liberty Music PR, the **A&R Outbound Sales Rep** are leaders in their field and help consult the artist on their best strategy and marketing. They not only do the outreach to find the artist, by listening to the music to ensure it is a good fit

They are in charge of building **long-term relationships with the musicians** we serve by providing an outstanding service.

Account managers will not only be in charge of finding new artists to represent, but will also be assigned artists from our network.

Strong pitching ability, project management, attention to detail, resilient, able to handle rejection, can set your own daily routines, and of course a love for music are all important parts of this role.

**A&R Outbound Sales Responsibilities**
- **Generate sales **by sourcing new artists for us to represent using Spotify, Youtube, and social media - a good musical ear is important
- Set up and **execute initial pitch** for artist
- Operate as the **point of contact for your artists**, walking them through the PR process
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with your artists and make sure we do everything we can to get them for future releases
- Communicates artist needs and demands to the team
- Add leads to CRM and keep CRM well maintained
- Educate themselves on press, radio, playlisting, and Tiktok for artists
- Coordinate with team members working on the same artist campaign to ensure a consistent service
- Keep records of artist transactions

Salary OTE £2,200 everything over is uncapped - (Typically - £2200 - £5000 Monthly)
