PromoCollection is a leading provider of innovative phone locker solutions, revolutionizing how schools, music venues, concert halls, and conferences manage mobile device usage. We have already partnered with the majority of local schools. With a successful presence in Australia and New Zealand, we are expanding our reach into the European and UK markets. We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a background in education and a proven track record in Sales Representative to spearhead our expansion efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand PromoCollection's phone locker product into the European and UK market.
2. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, including decision-makers in schools, event organizers, and related institutions.
3. Event Participation: Attend education-focused exhibitions and conferences to showcase our products, generate leads, and stay informed about industry trends.
4. Client Acquisition: Utilize cold calling and networking strategies to identify and engage potential clients, focusing on schools, music venues, concert organizers, and conference facilities.
5. After-Sales Support: Manage post-purchase issues, returns, and exchanges efficiently, while soliciting and addressing user feedback to ensure a positive and professional resolution.
**Collaboration**:
As a Sales Representative, you will collaborate closely with our overseas teams (Australia and China), including the sourcing team and other departments. Your coordination and communication with these teams will ensure a cohesive approach to success in the Europe market and the exchange of market insights.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in Sales Representative, preferably within the education industry..
2. Strong knowledge of the UK and Europe market, including key players, industry trends, and regulations.
3. Effective resolution of customer disputes to enhance customer experience
4. Familiarity with CRM sales funnel management
5. Willingness to travel for trade shows, and client visits as needed.
6. Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently to meet targets.
**Salary**:form £25,000+commission
