At Niyo, we are dedicated to nurturing and advancing our talented team members. As a Sales and Partnerships Lead, we envision you playing a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and success. Over the next 2-3 years, we see you evolving into a dynamic Sales Director, leading a high-performing team, forging strategic partnerships, and positioning our company as an industry leader as we scale. Who are you working with

Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding international team, where we collaborate with the Sales & Partnerships team and report to the CEO. There will be opportunities to grow your team. This role offers boundless opportunities to learn from, contribute to, and enjoy the journey with exceptionally talented colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels.
- Qualifying Leads: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profiles.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline at least 4 times the sales target, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent progress towards closing deals.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify various buying influences (Economic, Technical, User, and Coach) for each deal. Uncover their rational and emotional impact and propose tailored solutions for their needs and concerns.
- Closing Deals: Present, negotiate, and close sales agreements effectively.
- CRM and Data Utilisation: Maintain accurate CRM records and use data to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive sales approach.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a full-cycle professional services and software sales role. Preferably to mid-market and enterprise customers in the UK.
- Strong understanding of sales and partnership strategies.
- Familiarity with tech stacks and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in or with Edtech companies is a plus.
