Job Summary:
As an IT Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for actively engaging with prospective customers over the phone to promote and sell our services and generate leads as potential clients signing up to our business for IT support and maintenance along with other business solutions.

Your primary goal will be to generate leads by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our offerings and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers within the UK market to introduce our services
- Engage with prospects, build rapport, and actively listen to their needs to understand how our offerings can meet their requirements.
- Present product or service information in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Effectively communicate pricing, discounts, and promotional offers to generate customer interest and close sales.
- Handle objections, concerns, and questions from customers, providing satisfactory solutions or escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call outcomes, sales activities, and follow-up actions, in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently achieving assigned sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products or services in the market.
- Adhere to all sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a telesales representative or similar role in the UK market (experience in B2B sales is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities with a focus on closing sales.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in using computer systems.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally, turning them into opportunities.
- Knowledge of the product or service being offered and the ability to quickly learn about new offerings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £300.00-£500.00 per week
