Sales roles available within an elite team of IVA advisors in Halifax with a fantastic support system in place.

The role involves speaking to customers regarding their debt and how we can help reduce it.

A generous uncapped bonus scheme is also included with the role. Our tops advisors are taking home over £1,000 in bonus each month (realistically)

You will work on an automated outbound dialler speaking to customers who have issues with their credit scores.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a customer support role
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
